Most users already moved to Labs for the overlay apps. v7.0 makes that the everyday firmware, and gathers the cloning and recovery tools in a second edition you keep in another multiboot slot.
Nothing is lost: what disappears as a built-in feature comes back as an overlay app or moves to Service.
Built in means in the firmware itself. App means an overlay app you install from UV Studio.

With multiboot, both editions live on the same radio. Use Fusion every day, switch to Service when you clone, back up or restore, then switch back.
Labs became the edition most people run, for its apps. It deserves the main name.
AirCopy and raw flash writes leave the everyday build. That frees room for the app interface and keeps risky flash commands out of daily use.
Cloning, Beam, flash backup and factory restore all move radio data around. They belong together in Service.
